Election Day

Not sure how I feel about the 100 yr anniversary of women's voting rights in NYS. I'm 62. I put the sticker in the car so I can see it every day.

How long have men had the right? 5000 years? Are we

celebrating/honoring that? No, because we don't need reminding of their place/impact/control of history or for that matter, their history, as it is all theirs. It's like comparing our existence to geologic time, just a speck in an unforgiving universe. Perhaps it's lack of sleep and/or the cold, gray day- I'm just not feeling it.
